FOOYEE (EasyTax International Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, "we") respects and protects the personal data of every visitor and client. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, our online calculators and contact forms, how we use and protect it, and your rights. Please read it before you submit any information.

1. What we collect

1. Information you give us: when you submit a contact form, request tool results, ask us a question online or register for an event, we collect the name and contact details (mobile number, WhatsApp or WeChat ID) you enter and, if you choose, your area of enquiry. Your name and contact details are required, otherwise an adviser cannot reach you; everything else is optional.

If you use the Top Talent Pass questionnaire pre-fill page, we also receive the answers you choose to give, including your living arrangements, employment, and your spouse's and children's visa, work and schooling situation. These answers are used only for an adviser to contact you and go through the questionnaire with you. That page does not collect application numbers, English names or email addresses.

2. Information generated when you use the site: for service and security purposes our servers automatically keep access logs (such as time, page, browser type and rough traffic source). These are not used to identify you.

3. AI tax Q&A: questions you type into AI tax Q&A are sent to an AI model provider to generate the answer. We do not keep the question text long term; the server only keeps a short-term rate-limit count against an IP hash that cannot be reversed directly.

4. We do not ask for sensitive personal data unrelated to your enquiry (such as ID numbers, full tax numbers, identity documents, bank accounts, passwords or full tax returns). Please do not enter them in our forms or AI tax Q&A.

2. How we use it

• Contacting you by the method you left, through our advisers or sales staff, to answer your enquiry and provide cross-border tax and accounting services and advice;
• Matching you with a suitable adviser and recording and following up your enquiry;
• Generating general answers in AI tax Q&A, and limiting usage to prevent abuse;
• Internal service quality management and statistics.

We do not use your personal data for any other purpose. If we wish to use your contact details to tell you about other services, we will ask for your consent first, and you can ask us to stop at any time using the details in section 9.

3. Storage and protection

• Your information is stored on our servers and client management systems in mainland China (Shenzhen, Guangdong, on Alibaba Cloud), and enquiry notifications are sent to the responsible adviser through our company email. If you are in Hong Kong or elsewhere, the information you submit will be transferred to mainland China for storage and processing;
• Only authorised advisers, sales staff and necessary management and technical staff can access it, within the scope of their duties;
• We use reasonable measures such as access control and encryption in transit to protect your information;
• We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete it and no law requires us to keep it, we will delete it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or disclose it to unrelated third parties. We may share it only: (1) with your separate consent; (2) with service providers we engage where this is genuinely needed to serve you, such as cloud server and company email providers; or (3) where required by law or by a competent authority. AI tax Q&A uses the OpenRouter interface and the model providers it routes to, so question content may be processed by providers outside mainland China under their own privacy and data policies. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or client confidential information in AI tax Q&A.

5. Your rights

To the extent permitted by law, you may access, correct or add to your personal data, ask us to delete it, withdraw any consent you have given, and raise questions or complaints about how we handle it. Use the contact details below to exercise these rights and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website may use cookies or local storage to keep basic functions working and improve your experience. AI tax Q&A uses local browser storage to count a visitor's free questions. You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, though some features may then not work.

7. Minors

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not seek to collect personal data from minors; if you are a minor, please use the site and submit information under a guardian's guidance.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish updates on this page. We will give suitable notice of significant changes affecting your rights.
